SPSD is a SmartPortSD ProDOS image disk emulator for Apple computers with SmartPort controller capability such as Apple //c (with proper ROM) or Apple //GS. SPSD will also work with an Apple II or //e with a SmartPort controller, or a standard Disk II controller and softSP SmartPort software emulation. The SD card can contain up to four 32mb ProDOS images, and the active ProDOS partition can be changed using buttons on the SPSD.
Use the SPSD to run Total Replay, A2 Deskop, or any other ProDOS image. Up to four ProDOS images can can be accessed from SPSD. LED indicators show the selectable active boot partition.
SPSD comes with a 16 inch IDC cable, 19 pin adapter, and SD card. SPSD can connect directly to the 19 pin external floppy port, or to a disk controller using the 20 pin cable.
For use with Apple computers supporting SmartPort devices, or those equipped with emulated SmartPort only. The SPSD is for ProDOS images. It is NOT a 140K floppy disk emulator.
