The A2VGA is a VGA video output card for your Apple ][, ][+ and //e computer. It also works in the Apple IIgs for all modes excluding Super-HiRes.
The Apple ][ composite video output has never been fully compliant with broadcast video standards. Many modern monitors will not accept the signal from your Apple ][, and old CRTs can be expensive and inconvenient to use. The A2VGA card solves this issue!
The A2VGA includes an industry standard VGA output port compatible with standard VGA displays available today. With 4:3 VGA displays being sent to e-waste each day, this is a way to have a high resolution Apple II display at very little cost.
Based on a reference design by Ralle Paleveev, this card is the highest quality pre-assembled Apple ][ VGA card on on the market today. This card uses an industry standard through hole component design to best match with the designs of your vintage computer.
