The A2USB card allows you to use most standard USB HID Microsoft compatible desktop mice as an Apple bus mouse in your Apple ][, Apple ][+, and Apple //e. Using the power of the RP2040, the A2USB eliminates the need to purchase expensive bus mouse adapters, and Apple quadrature mice.
With the A2USB card installed and the mouse connected, boot your computer. No additional settings are required. Any apple software that would normally be compatible with an Apple bus mouse card should be compatible with the A2USB. If a program asks for the slot containing your bus mouse card, simply enter the slot number containing your A2USB card.
It is recommended to use standard 800-1000 DPI desktop style mice for best performance. The A2USB will also power plug in USB wireless mouse adapters. A USB-C to USB-A adapter cable is included.
The A2USB is not a keyboard or joystick input device.
